Terms of Service

1. The service. CheapWeights sells prepaid credits redeemable for API access to AI models. 1 credit = $0.01 USD.
2. Eligibility. 18+ only. One person per account; don't share keys.
3. Acceptable use. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Breaching it is breaching these terms.
4. Credits. Prepaid, non-expiring, non-transferable. Card purchases are refundable within 14 days only where required by law or if none of the credits were used; crypto purchases are final once confirmed on-chain. A chargeback or dispute removes the corresponding credits; if they were already used the account is suspended until the balance is restored. We may change prices with 14 days' notice; existing credits keep their purchasing power at the prices listed when you bought them for 90 days after a price change.
5. Output. You own what you generate. You're responsible for it, including how it's used and published. AI output can be wrong, offensive, or nonsensical; uncensored models remove refusal behavior by design. Don't rely on output for medical, legal, or safety decisions.
6. Availability. Best-effort. No SLA on the self-serve tier. Scheduled maintenance is announced on the site and in the console.
7. Licenses. Models are subject to their own licenses (Apache 2.0, MIT, or custom; listed per model on the price sheet). Your use must comply with them.
8. Termination. Either side may terminate at any time; you can delete your account from the console. On termination by us without cause, unused credits are refunded. On termination for AUP breach, they are not.
9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided "as is"; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months; no liability for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes. Material changes announced 14 days in advance on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing law. Wyoming, United States (CheapWeights LLC, formation in progress).
